Touring this fall has been amazing; with all five galleries showcasing outstanding work rich in content for conversation. The current art activity for tours is based on work from Jimmy James Canales’ Window Works gallery installation @Artpace. This project asks the students to create a survival guide using the word S.U.R.V.I.V.A.L. a mnemonic device to learn how to survive any scenario the student can create. During the tours we are using themes such as history, photography, and journey to engage our visitors to think about the exhibitions.
