Experience Boston artist Liz Shepherd’s exhibition Up & Out with a lineup of live gospel and spoken word performances arranged by Andrea “Vocab” Sanderson. Vocab Brunch features Vocab, DJ Ms. Eclectic, Stephanie Nious, Poet April Neal, Garry Thompson Band, F.R.E.E. Shepherd’s prints and sculptures of everyday objects such as ladders and stairs deal with overcoming hardship in family life. By special request of the artist, gospel singers will perform “Jacob’s Ladder” alongside the work.
