Join us Thursday, November 14th from 6–9pm for the opening reception of new exhibitions by our Fall 2019 International Artists-in-Residence. Be the first to see new work by Jessica Halonen (Austin, TX), Emre Hüner (Istanbul, Turkey) and Cauleen Smith (Los Angeles, CA). The Fall 2019 International Artist-in-Residence Program was curated by Kelly Baum (New York, NY).

Meet the artists, then join them in conversation at 6:30pm.

We will also stream the talk live on our Facebook page.

Artpace is a non-profit contemporary art organization located in downtown San Antonio, Texas with residencies, exhibitions, and educational and community programs that nurture the freedom to dream. Artpace supports the creative process and engages audiences with the most innovative art and artists from around the world.

Since 1995, Artpace has welcomed more than 230 artists through its renowned International Artist-in-Residence program. Annually, Artpace hosts three residencies, which each feature one Texas-based artist, one national artist, and one international artist, who are selected by a notable guest curator.
