This Friday celebrate contemporary art and jazz at the Artpace and KRTU Rooftop Jazz Concert Series featuring The Powerhouse Big Band and the music of Woody Herman. The Powerhouse Big Band is San Antonio’s premiere jazz ensemble consisting of 17 members. This concert series promises to be an experience unlike any other. Projectionist Chris Jackson will respond to the band with a live visual element of jazz imagery.
Alamo Beer and Pedernales Cellars will be providing beer and wine, with a special food truck guest in the courtyard.
