As part of their Community Collaboration, Glendalys Medina invites the public to create their own signature visual language with Execise I. Exercise I offers insight into Medina’s practice of breaking down the shapes of objects to create new compositions. Instructions are available to visitors throughout the duration of Medina’s exhibition and available on the Artpace website.
Community Collaborations offer an opportunity for the public to connect with artists while in residence at Artpace. Community Collaborations may range from workshops or lectures to studio visits, film or performance nights.
